Quotes & Booking
How quickly can I get a quote?
We respond to all enquiries within 24 hours and typically visit your property within 1–2 business days for a free on-site quote. Urgent jobs — pre-sale deadlines or vacant properties — let us know and we will prioritise where possible.
Is the quote fixed price?
Yes. The price in your written quote is what you pay, provided the scope does not change. If we discover hidden damage or you add rooms mid-job, we discuss it with you before any extra work or cost.
Do you charge for quotes?
No. On-site quotes across greater Melbourne are free and without obligation.
The Job
How long does a typical interior and exterior job take?
A single room often takes one day. A full 3-bedroom home usually takes 3–5 days depending on prep, ceiling work and trim. Kitchen cabinet TwoPak work is handled via our dedicated superbtwopak.com.au site.
Do I need to move furniture?
No. We move and cover furniture with drop sheets. Large items stay in the room where possible. We recommend clearing small valuables and wall art beforehand.
What paint brands do you use?
We use premium Dulux, Taubmans, Resene and Porter’s systems — low-VOC options available for nurseries, apartments and sensitive spaces. Product specs are included in your quote.
Do you repair cracks and holes before painting?
Standard prep — filling nail holes, minor cracks and light sanding — is included. Major plaster restoration or structural repairs are quoted separately if needed.

Are you licensed and insured?
Every Superb Painting job is carried out by professional experienced painters. We are Master Painters Association members, Dulux accredited, and hold $20M public liability insurance. Certificates available on request.
